To request for an SPSS license:
1/ Go to this official UCI resource link: https://www.oit.uci.edu/services/end-point-computing/research-software/#tabs|0 (or search on Google: "UCI research software", and choose the result from oit.uci.edu)
2/ Once on the site, click the button "Obtain a License" as shown below, and you will be redirected to a different site
or, scroll down to the section "How to obtain a license", and click "Service Catalog".
3/ Then, choose the software you want to obtain a license for. Note that each software has several different version, and the Student version is free of charge
