Getting Started

• To start a Zoom meeting, follow the standard Zoom Room procedures.
  Click here to read more about using Zoom Rooms. 
  
• To display to the room only, start by clicking "Share" on the Control Panel.

Using the Classroom Computer

1. Log in to the classroom computer using your UCINetID and Password.
2. Click "Share" on the Zoom Control Panel.

Using your own Laptop

1. Connect your laptop via the HDMI cable. Please use the provided USB C adapter, if necessary.
2. Click "Share" on the Zoom Control Panel.

Using the Document Camera

1. Switch Document Camera on, with power switch near bottom.
2. Launch Zoom on the Classroom Computer.
3. In Zoom, Click “Share Screen”
4. Click the “Advanced Tab” 
5. Select “Content from Second Camera”
6. When finished, switch the Document Camera off with the power switch near the bottom.
