For SST: 128.195.161.237
For CalTeach: 128.200.135.190
For Windows:
Driver download:
- If Your operating system isn't auto selected, choose "Windows" and your Version of Windows from the list on screen.
- Download the PCL6 Driver
- Run the installer when downloaded
- Agree to the EULA
- Choose Network setup method
- Click "Click if you cannot find the device" button
- With "Specify device IP Address" selected, Click Next
- Enter the IP address - See above - and click "Search"
- Click the "Manually enter information" checkbox
- Select the printer and click Next
- Change the Printer Name to something you prefer, ex: CalTeach Ricoh or SST Ricoh
- Optionally, Comment may be whatever you wish
- Optionally, you may de-select the "Make Default Printer" checkbox
- Click Finish
For MacOS:
Driver download:
- If Your operating system isn't auto selected, choose "Mac OS X" and your Version of MacOS from the list on screen -- this will most likely be the "Monterey" or "Ventura"
- Download the PPD Driver
- Open and run the PKG
- Accept the terms and clickthrough the installer. It will ask for an administrator password at one point.
- When done, you may close the installer.
- Open System Preferences
- Goto "Printers & Scanners"
- Click the Add Printer button
- Monterey and before: Click the "+" button on bottom left, if grayed out, click the Lock icon on bottom left and enter admin password. then perform this step
- If Ventura, Click "Add Printer, Scanner, Fax..." in bottom right
- Click "IP" button in top center
- Enter The IP above Into the "Address:" field
- Set Protocol to "Internet Printer Protocol - IPP"
- When form is done searching the "Use:" field should be "Ricoh IM C4510 PS"
- Change name to something you prefer, ex: CalTeach Ricoh or SST Ricoh
- Optional, change location to something meaningful
- Click Add
To Add Staples in Mac
- In the Printers and Scanners Menu
- With the printer selected, click "Options & Supplies" and goto the "Options" Tab
- Change Finisher to "Finisher SR3320"
- Click OK
